Dr Marina Antoniou, University of Warwick
Dr Marina Antoniou has been working in the area of design and modelling of power semiconductor devices for over 15 years and she is a key contributor in the field of high-voltage semiconductor technologies. She has received over £3M in research funding including EU, Royal Society, EPSRC and Innovate UK projects. She has published over 100 peer reviewed papers, holds seven international patents in power semiconductors.
Marina is currently acting as a scientific advisor in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), and is the Chair of the IEEE Electron Devices Society, Power Devices & ICs Committee and an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions of Electron Devices.
