REWIRE Workshop – Leveraging AI and ML for wide band gap semiconductor (WBG) materials and power electronic devices

We would like to invite you to our first focusing on how to effectively leverage AI and ML for wide band gap semiconductor (WBG) materials and power electronic devices.
This virtual workshop will take place online on the afternoon of 11th June 2025, between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. The full agenda and joining instructions will follow in due course.
You will learn how AI and ML can help develop and optimise future power electronics products and you will engage with the REWIRE community to help co-create future project ideas, for which there may be funding available from REWIRE’s core budget.
We are looking across the supply chain for this activity and are seeking industrial expertise to drive the development of commercially relevant and industrially impactful technologies, including from:
- AI and ML expertise in the WBG semiconductor domain space
- WBG material growth
- Device design and modelling
- Device fabrication and tooling
- WBG device packaging
